At The Lumpia Queen, our story begins in the Philippines, where my wife learned to cook by her mother’s side, mastering the family’s treasured recipes. What started as a small catering operation from our home—rolling lumpia by hand—quickly grew as we shared more of her mother’s special pancit and our own take on adobo, the national dish of the Philippines. Today, that same passion and tradition lives on in every dish we serve, from our flagship location at 1100 W Third St, Dayton, to our spot at 2202 Birch St, Bldg 1250, Wright-Patterson AFB.
